The service
FloForge provides CRM, workflow automation and lead management software, and a set of fixed-scope services delivered by hand. Using the product means agreeing to what is written here.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the credentials you store in it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
Do not use FloForge to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to reach a third-party service in a way that service forbids.
Your data belongs to you
The records you put into FloForge are yours. We store and process them to run the product for you and for no other purpose. We do not sell them and do not use them to train anything.
Paid services
Each service has a scope written down before it starts, and that scope is what is delivered. One-time services are charged once, through Stripe. The two ongoing plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current month.
Some work depends on features of your own third-party accounts. The Automation Build-Out in particular may need a paid HubSpot tier for parts of what it covers. We confirm what your plan supports before starting, and adjust the scope rather than charging for something that cannot be built.
Third-party services
When you connect HubSpot, Make.com, Apollo, Apify or Firecrawl, you are using your own account with that provider under their terms. FloForge is not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or a change they make to their API. If one of them stops working, the affected FloForge feature stops working with it.
What is not promised
FloForge is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that automations will produce a particular commercial result.
The lead score is a measure of how complete and reachable a record is. It is not a prediction of whether someone will buy, and nothing in the product claims otherwise.
Ending it
You can stop using FloForge at any time and delete your records from Settings. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way this document forbids, and will say why.
Contact
Questions can go through the Personal Butler inside the product.
A postal address and registered business name still need to be added here before launch. FloForge has not invented one.
